Postage.

We try to keep our postage service nice and simple.
If you order clothing, accessories and components (anything that goes via Royal Mail) before 3pm, it's likely to be dispatched the very same day.
This applies Monday-Friday and orders before 10.30am on Saturday - we're closed Sunday
What's better, is that we'll post it first class and for absolutelyfree, if you spend more than £35.

Free postage applies to UK Orders only, please contact us if you are from overseas for postage prices.

If you happen to order items over £35, and some of them are out of stock, bringing the total to under £35, we'll still post the remaining items (if you still want them) post free.

If you order a bike from us, we'll get busy building it to ensuring the gears and other parts are set up correctly so the bike is almost when you receive it. It takes us a little longer, but we'll get it to you as soon as possible and advise you of delivery date, tracking number and the service we are using. The same applies for wheels and suspension forks, we often find these products are best shipped via courier.

You can upgrade your free postage to recorded delivery for an extra 60p. That's what it costs us, we offer true postage costs.
